• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts and text you provide. You are granted a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the infographics generated from your prompts for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

Our Service: The website design, branding, code, and AI models remain the intellectual property of MakeInfographics.ai. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our underlying technology.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Infographics are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unintended content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated infographics.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeInfographics.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
