How billing works
- What is a credit?
- One credit creates one infographic. If a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically. If a prompt is rejected by our safety checks, no credit is used.
- Which credits are used first?
- Plan credits first, then free generations, then bonus credits from check-ins and invites, and finally credits from packs (the oldest pack is used first).
- Do credits expire?
- Plan credits are added every week and expire automatically at the end of that week, so they do not accumulate. Credit packs never expire. You can see every balance and expiry date on the Account page.
- How do I cancel?
- On the Account page, choose Subscription → Cancel. You keep your plan credits until the end of the billing period and are not charged again. See Section 5 of the Terms.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds for purchases on this website are handled according to Waffo’s refund policy. Email us with your order ID to request one. Full details are in Section 6 of the Terms.
- Who processes the payment?
- Waffo Pancake is our payment processor and merchant of record. We never see your card details. Prices are in USD and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- Which AI model creates the images?
- Images are generated by GPT Image 2.5. AI output can contain mistakes, so check facts and spelling before you share it. See the Acceptable Use Policy for what you may and may not create.
