1. Infographics You Create

Infographics generated by you using MakeInfographics.ai are yours to use. You are granted a broad, royalty-free license to use, share, modify, and publish the infographics you create for both personal and commercial purposes, including social media, presentations, blogs, and print materials.

2. Gallery & Template Content

Infographic images, templates, and related visual content published in the MakeInfographics.ai gallery and template library are the intellectual property of MakeInfographics.ai. You may share and embed these images with proper attribution (a link back to the original page on MakeInfographics.ai). Redistribution, resale, or claiming ownership of gallery content without attribution is prohibited.

3. Attribution

When sharing or embedding gallery infographics, please include a credit such as “Created with MakeInfographics.ai” or a link back to the source page. Attribution is appreciated but not required for infographics you generate yourself.

4. Restrictions

• You may not use any content from MakeInfographics.ai in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
