Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to generate, request or distribute any of the following:

1. Sexual / NSFW content. Pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive imagery, nudity for sexual purposes, and sexual text prompts.
2. Violence and gore. Graphic violence, gore, torture or mutilation, content that glorifies or incites violence, and content that encourages self-harm or suicide.
3. Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans or incites hostility or violence against people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or other protected characteristics, including hate symbols used to promote hatred.
4. Child safety violations (CSAM). Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, and any content that exploits, endangers or grooms children. We report these cases to the authorities.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation. Content that imitates a real person’s face, voice or identity, puts a real person in a fabricated scene, statement or intimate situation, or falsely claims to come from a real person, brand or organization, including fake endorsements.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement. Content that copies or closely imitates protected characters, artwork, logos or brand identities you have no right to use, or that passes itself off as an official product or publication of a brand you do not represent.

1.1 Also not allowed. Content that promotes terrorism or mass violence, weapons instructions, scams, phishing, fake reviews or other fraud, deliberate disinformation presented as fact, or anything else that is illegal where you live. Factual, non-graphic topics such as history, public health, first aid and safety are fine; infographics with medical, legal or financial information are general information, not professional advice.

1.2 No uploads. The Service does not accept photo, voice or video uploads of real people and has no face-swap or “nudify” features. The only images that can be used as a style reference are ones the Service previously generated for you.

1.3 No evasion. Do not try to get around our checks or limits, for example by coded or reworded prompts, prompt-injection techniques, or using multiple devices or identities.

2.1 How we check. Before an image is generated, your prompt text is sent to an automated content-safety service (Waffo Prompt Sift). If it is blocked, nothing is generated and no credit is used. The image model (GPT Image 2.5) also applies its own built-in safety systems and refuses requests for harmful imagery. Automated checks are not perfect: please report anything that slips through.

2.2 AI disclosure. All images created by the Service are AI-generated. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with the provider of the underlying model.

2.3 Public content. The Service has no public gallery of user-generated images, and we do not publish the images you generate.

If you see content or behavior that breaks this Policy, or content that impersonates you or infringes your rights, email hello@makeinfographics.ai with the subject “Report abuse”. Please include a description, the time, and a link or screenshot if you have one. We review every report, reply within 2 business days, and treat anything involving children or immediate harm as urgent. Reports are kept confidential, and good-faith reports will not lead to any retaliation.

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may take one or more of these actions:

• a warning, or rejecting the request;
• removing the content;
• limiting generation or temporarily suspending the device and its credits;
• permanently ending access, with any remaining credits or subscription cancelled without refund;
• reporting to law enforcement where the law requires it or where children are at risk, which we do immediately.
